Youth Skills competition is a skills competition for young people from all over Japan compete for skills. For students who have acquired skills and are not working in companies, etc. It is held with the aim of promoting the employment of young people by improving their skills and expanding the base of young technicians.

WorldSkills Competition 2022 Special Edition is the official replacement for WorldSkills Shanghai 2022, cancelled in May due to the pandemic. Thanks to the commitment of our Partners and Members, 61 skill competitions will be held over 12 weeks in 15 countries and regions between 7 September and 26 November 2022.

National Skills Competition is a skills competition for young technicians from all over Japan compete for skills. In addition to giving effort targets to the next generation of youth technicians, providing opportunities for children in the region where the Competition is held to experience superior skills, etc. It is held with the aim of promoting the importance of skills and promoting the opportunity to respect skills.
